Tewari De-Ox Systems, Inc. is in the business to commercialize the patented Zero-OxTech®® process for Canadian and global meat and poultry industry for shelf-life extension from 21 days to 120+ days, depending on the meat-type and has applications for both domestic and global distribution under chill condition [not frozen]. We are in the service-provider of our process to the meat & poultry packers. ZeroOxTech® process preserves the natural protein enzymes and minimize use of preservatives and chemicals [antimicrobials] treatments of animals and birds at the farm level. By preserving the natural characteristics of animals and birds, Zero-OxTech® extends the shelf-life of fresh meats and poultry to several folds, thereby giving the opportunity to meat and poultry packers to serve its customers A NATURAL ORGANIC PRODUCT, with extended shelf-life, which was not possible before since all the shelflife extension processes warrants chemical treatments and/or antimicrobial treatment as processing aid at the factory/plant/processing level, which destroys the natural meat enzymes, and has long term ill health effects on consumers and also provides a very short shelf-life, which in turn makes the factory/processing operations very LABOR INTENSIVE. Due to present COVID-19, there needs to be minimum human handling of meats and poultry and all processing must take place at the plant level to minimize human-human-food handling at the retail store level. Our company’s patented process has the ability to produce fresh meat and poultry cuts with EXTENDED SHELF-LIFE AT THE PLANT LEVEL, and avoids any further handling at the store level.
